職位描述：
1. To help in reviewing Editorial Policy and Guidelines in CN and ensuring it is adapt to Regional Editorial Policy and Guidelines 確保中國(guó)的編輯原則與公司編輯原則保持一致，并滿(mǎn)足中國(guó)的特殊需求
2. Assist with other project work, publications & duties as allocated.輔助其他編輯相關(guān)工作
3.Assist in maintaining various reports that is required in maintaining the efficiency of operations such as workload distribution report, monthly output report etc 提交各種工作報(bào)告
4. Invite and meet regularly with the local Editorial Advisory Board/Key Opinion Leaders. 邀請(qǐng)和拜訪(fǎng)編輯顧問(wèn)
5. Ensure good communication between the editorial, business and IT teams for better and more efficient operations and workflow.確保編輯內(nèi)部及與公司其他部門(mén)之間的交流順暢、有效配合

任職要求：
要有醫(yī)院臨床看診經(jīng)驗(yàn)，碩士規(guī)培也可以
1．Demonstrated knowledge of CN medicines with good database and content requirement skills 具有良好的醫(yī)藥、資料庫(kù)知識(shí)，以及內(nèi)容制作技巧
2. Ability to positively influence and manage out, across and up 能夠發(fā)揮正面影響力且能良好的監(jiān)管和溝通
3. Good documentation skills with strong attention to detail 具備良好的文件制作技巧和細(xì)心
4. Ability to work independently 可以獨(dú)立工作
5. High level of interpersonal skills, especially the ability to influence people without direct lines of authority 具有高超的人際關(guān)系技巧和獨(dú)立處理問(wèn)題的能力
6. Priority management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously 能合理安排工作優(yōu)先順序，以及同時(shí)顧及多項(xiàng)工作
7.Organisational and problem solving skills to keep projects to timeline 通過(guò)良好籌劃和解決問(wèn)題，確保任務(wù)按時(shí)完成
8. Strong understanding of quality management and a commitment towards the quality delivery of products to customers 嚴(yán)控產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量管理
