工作職責(zé):
1. Directing the patient, answering consultation telephone and questions; 指導(dǎo)患者,接聽咨詢電話和咨詢問題;
2. Assist the doctor\'s appointment, provide convenience for patients to make the process quickly and efficiently. 協(xié)助醫(yī)生預(yù)約,為患者快速高效的完成預(yù)約提供便利
3. Keep the environment clean and distribute health common sense保持環(huán)境清潔,傳播健康常識(shí)
4. Actively promoting health common sense to patients, distribute health education data; 積極向患者宣傳健康常識(shí),發(fā)放健康教育資料
5. Coordinate the doctor-patient relationship; Maintenance good medical environment and order, supervise the environment clean and tidy; 協(xié)調(diào)醫(yī)患關(guān)系;維護(hù)良好的醫(yī)療環(huán)境和秩序,監(jiān)督環(huán)境整潔;
崗位要求:
1. Working as a receptionist for more than 2 years
2年以上接待員的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Work in hospital or foreign hospitals.
在醫(yī)院或者外籍醫(yī)院工作過
3. Clinical medicine or nursing professional
臨床醫(yī)學(xué)或護(hù)理專業(yè)
4. Good affinity, sweet smile and beautiful
親和力強(qiáng),笑容甜美美麗
5. Have a customer service concept, good at communication
有客戶服務(wù)理念,善于溝通
6. Fluent in English, can communicate with foreigners
